Mackenzie Jaquish

Mackenzie Jaquish is an experienced writer who started her career writing for network TV and Radio. She then moved to editorial work and had her work published in Society 19 Media and Corus Entertainment. Mackenzie is currently a writer for live shows, off-broadway shows, and digital content including short films and mini-series. She works with several different media companies, including the comedy collective she founded, Pretty Funny Comedy.

Her first Off-Broadway show, The Sleepover Show, sold out its premiere night at SoHo Playhouse, and went on to win “Best Script” at the DUMBO Pride Comedy festival, and was a Festival Select at the Circle Theater Festival. The show was featured in Broadway world, Do NYC, City Guide, and Brooklyn News 12. Mackenzie took her show on the road and developed a sold-out tour, hitting cities such as Chicago, Nashville and LA. She is currently in development on several mini series, a new off-broadway show, and The Sleepover Show’s return.
